Refund & Cancellation Policy
CLIMB Parenting Enlightenment LLC

At CLIMB Parenting Enlightenment LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, education, and support. In fairness to all clients and to maintain scheduling integrity, the following policies are in place regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
1. One-Time Consultations (1:1 Sessions)

Refunds: Payment for one-time sessions is non-refundable once booked.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the session being forfeited.

Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Monthly 1:1 Consultations (4 Sessions per Month)

Refunds: Monthly support packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Rescheduling: Each session must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations will not be credited. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

Cancellations: To cancel the entire monthly package, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your first scheduled session of the month for a full refund.
3. Full CLIMB – 3-Month Commitment Program

Refunds: The program fee of $535 covers 12 one-on-one sessions and 12 group sessions across 3 months. A full refund is available within 48 hours of the first session, if requested in writing. After this window, the program is non-refundable regardless of attendance.

Rescheduling (1:1 sessions): Must follow the 24-hour rescheduling rule. No-shows or late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Group Session Attendance: Group sessions are fixed and cannot be made up if missed.
4. Drop-In Group Support Sessions

Refunds: All drop-in group sessions are non-refundable

Rescheduling: We do not offer rescheduling for drop-in sessions. You may book another session separately if desired.
5. Monthly Group Support Membership (4 Sessions/Month)

Refunds: Monthly group support memberships are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.

Missed Sessions: Sessions will not be credited or refunded if missed. Group sessions are not rescheduleable.

Cancellation of Membership: To cancel an upcoming membership cycle, please provide notice at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle.
6. Free 15-Minute Info Sessions

These sessions are complimentary. If you miss your time without notice, we ask that you wait 7 days before rebooking another info session.
General Notes

CLIMB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unexpected changes. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative times or full credit.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrivals.
